ProAds olarak kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine ve kişisel verilerinin korunmasına önem veriyoruz. ProAds, Google hesap şifrelerini hiçbir zaman talep etmez veya saklamaz.
ProAds tarafından geliştirilen Google Ads yönetim araçları, kullanıcıların Google Ads hesaplarına erişebilmek için Google OAuth 2.0 yetkilendirme sistemini kullanabilir.
Kullanıcı Google hesabını bağladığında yalnızca Google tarafından gösterilen izin ekranında onayladığı kapsamlar dahilinde erişim sağlanır.
Google Ads API üzerinden erişilen bilgiler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılabilir:
Google Ads hesaplarının görüntülenmesi
Yönetici ve bağlı müşteri hesaplarının listelenmesi
Kampanyaların görüntülenmesi ve yönetilmesi
Kampanya oluşturulması ve güncellenmesi
Bütçelerin ve teklif ayarlarının yönetilmesi
Reklam grupları, reklamlar ve anahtar kelimelerin yönetilmesi
Performans verilerinin görüntülenmesi
Raporlama ve analiz yapılması
Kullanıcının talep ettiği otomasyon işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi
Google üzerinden alınan veriler yalnızca kullanıcının talep ettiği hizmetlerin sağlanması amacıyla kullanılır.
Google API'lerinden elde edilen kullanıcı verileri:
Reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
Veri brokerlarına aktarılmaz.
Kullanıcının izni dışında farklı bir amaç için kullanılmaz.
Yetkisiz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Kullanıcının açıkça talep ettiği Google Ads yönetim işlevlerinin dışında kullanılmaz.
Google kullanıcı verilerinin kullanımı, Google API Services User Data Policy ve geçerli Google politikalarına uygun şekilde gerçekleştirilir.
Google OAuth bağlantısı sırasında erişim tokenları ve gerektiğinde yenileme tokenları kullanılabilir.
Bu bilgiler:
Kullanıcının Google hesabına tekrar tekrar giriş yapmasına gerek kalmadan yetkilendirilmiş işlemleri gerçekleştirmek,
Google Ads API ile güvenli bağlantı kurmak
amacıyla kullanılabilir.
Token bilgileri mümkün olan ölçüde şifreli veya güvenli yöntemlerle saklanır ve yalnızca yetkilendirilmiş sistem bileşenleri tarafından erişilebilir.
Kişisel veriler ve Google Ads verileri yalnızca hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır.
Verilerin saklama süresi;
Hizmet ilişkisinin devam etmesine,
Kullanıcının hesabının aktif olmasına,
Yasal yükümlülüklere,
Teknik ve güvenlik gereksinimlerine
bağlı olarak değişebilir.
Artık gerekli olmayan bilgiler uygun yöntemlerle silinir, anonim hale getirilir veya erişilemez duruma getirilir.
Kullanıcı istediği zaman Google hesabının ProAds uygulamalarına verdiği erişimi kaldırabilir.
Google hesabı erişimleri aşağıdaki Google hesabı güvenlik alanından yönetilebilir:
Google Hesabı → Güvenlik → Üçüncü taraf uygulamalar ve hizmetler
Erişim kaldırıldıktan sonra ProAds uygulaması ilgili Google hesabına yeni API istekleri gerçekleştiremez.
Kullanıcı ayrıca ProAds ile iletişime geçerek hesabıyla ilişkili Google entegrasyon verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilir.
Kullanıcılar kendileriyle ilişkili kişisel verilerin veya Google bağlantısına ilişkin verilerin silinmesini talep edebilir.
Silme talepleri aşağıdaki e-posta adresine gönderilebilir:
Talep sahibinin kimliğinin doğrulanmasının ardından, yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu olmayan veriler makul süre içerisinde silinir.
ProAds, kişisel verileri veya Google Ads verilerini ticari amaçlarla üçüncü taraflara satmaz.
Veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılabilir:
Hizmetin teknik olarak sağlanması için gerekli olması
Kullanıcının açıkça izin vermesi
Yasal bir yükümlülüğün bulunması
Yetkili kamu kurumlarından hukuka uygun bir talep gelmesi
Sistem güvenliğinin ve hukuki hakların korunmasının gerekli olması
Hizmet altyapısında kullanılan üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılara yalnızca ihtiyaç duyulan minimum veri aktarılır.
Kullanıcı verilerinin yetkisiz erişime, değiştirmeye, açıklanmaya veya kaybolmaya karşı korunması için uygun teknik ve idari tedbirler uygulanır.

Information obtained through the Google Ads API may be used for purposes including:
Viewing Google Ads account information
Listing manager accounts and linked client accounts
Viewing and managing campaigns
Creating and updating campaigns
Managing budgets and bidding settings
Managing ad groups, advertisements, and keywords
Monitoring campaign performance
Generating reports and analytics
Performing automation actions configured or requested by the user
Data obtained through Google services is used only for providing the services and functionality requested by the user.
Google user data obtained by ProAds:
Is not sold to third parties for advertising or commercial resale
Is not transferred to data brokers
Is not used for purposes unrelated to the functionality authorized by the user
Is not shared with unauthorized third parties
Is not used outside the Google Ads management functionality requested by the user
Use of information received from Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and other applicable Google policies.
During Google OAuth authorization, access tokens and, where applicable, refresh tokens may be used.
These tokens may be used to:
Maintain authorized access without requiring the user to repeatedly sign in
Establish secure communication with the Google Ads API
Perform operations explicitly authorized by the user
OAuth credentials and tokens are protected using appropriate technical and organizational security measures and are accessible only to authorized system components.
Personal data and Google Ads-related information are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services or meet applicable legal and operational requirements.
Retention periods may depend on:
The duration of the customer relationship
Whether the user's account remains active
Applicable legal obligations
Security and technical requirements
Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise made inaccessible.
Users may revoke ProAds access to their Google account at any time.
Google account access can generally be managed through:

After access is revoked, ProAds will no longer be able to make new authorized API requests using the revoked authorization.
Users may also contact ProAds to request deletion of Google integration data associated with their account.
Users may request deletion of personal data or data associated with their Google account integration.

ProAds does not sell personal data or Google Ads data to third parties.
